One team, one process

One team, one process

Rather than coordinating between separate imaging software providers and manufacturing partners, surgeons work with a single, multidisciplinary team. Design, structural analysis, manufacturing and surface treatment are all managed under one roof, allowing for a closely coordinated process from CT/CBCT data to final implant.

CADskills implants are manufactured exclusively in Titanium grade 23 ELI. This deliberate material choice avoids the risk of sensitization and allergic reactions associated with cobalt-chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloys commonly used in standard joint replacements.

Using in-house computer-aided design and 3D printing as well as CNC-milling, CADskills is able to produce complex, patient-specific implant geometries with high precision, including porous structures and scaffolds that support osseointegration.

Every implant is developed through close communication with the treating surgeon, from case submission and segmentation to design review and final approval. This collaborative process, combined with an ongoing focus on research and development, has shaped a portfolio that today includes TMJR Parametro, AMSJI, Facial Contouring and Orbital Wall solutions, and the Carpitech family for hand and wrist reconstruction.

CADskills became part of the Medartis Group to strengthen a specific area of complex CMF care: patient-specific solutions for temporomandibular joint replacement and severe bone atrophy. Combining CADskills' expertise in patient-specific design and additive manufacturing with Medartis' established CMF portfolio and international presence, the two companies provide surgeons and their patients with a more comprehensive range of solutions for complex clinical cases.
